Thanks guys for the wonderful time I had living with the two of you. Thank you Benjamin for the delicious smoothies and homemade pizza's. Thank you John for the yummie Indian and Chinees food you cooked. Thank you both for those great smells in the kitchen that attracted me and formed the reason for many 'well deserved' breaks in between my thesis work.
Thanks Benjamin for making this 'sustainable girl' aware of some rahter unsustainable habits. Thank you John for making me aware of the beauty in the beast.
Thank you both for taking care of me when I was busy working on my thesis. Thank you for listening to my complaining and whining.
Thank you for being the perfect flatmates in a flat where 'broad education' was the motto. This ideal - or was it rather an excuse for 'working' on other things - guiding our everyday life broadened my horizon. Among other things to your nerdy world, about which I learned some, but still don't understand. Thank you for introducing me to interesting topics, movies, articles and books.
Thank you for the many interesting discussions we had. But most of all thank you for being good friends...
Thanks guys!

Thanks Hanneke for being such a great flatmate. Your cooking was always wonderful (how about some Adeeb rice!) and you provided some needed balance to our geekery :) I think things really worked out well and for me, just meeting you and Benjamin made this whole stuff with ESST and AAU worthwhile.

I hope we can do a ESST house reunion, perhaps next year. Of course you're always welcome to visit California, and if you're in Canada I'd like to visit there as well.

Good luck with the job hunt and we'll see each other on chat.
